| Main objectives | The programme is designed to increase the knowledge and skills of professionals who seek to enhance their public service careers or to move to a leadership position in an organisation with strong links to the public sector. It focuses on current leadership challenges and combines expertise in public administration with public policy knowledge, as well as management tools. |
| Pedagogical methods | The EMPM offers participants both sound theoretical knowledge and tangible management skills.
Unlike courses in public institutions of higher education, this programme draws on a modern mix of methods and emphasises practical applications.
