| Additional informations about alumni | The Alumni Association, with its headquarters in Brussels and twenty-four Regional Groups in more than eighteen countries, works within a network of more than eight thousand former students of the College worldwide. The Association serves the European cause both collectively and at a regional level, while playing an active role in the life of the College. The Association fosters this network through its website and a regular newsletter, ‘The College of Europe News’. It also regularly organises informal meetings and conferences. One of its main activities is the Alumni of the Year Award, launched in 2003, which is awarded annually during the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony in Oslo to an alumnus or alumna of the College. In addition, the Alumni Association regularly updates the alumni database and publishes an alumni directory every two years. |
