Mission statementThis part-time multidisciplinary program (40 days of training over 18 months) aims at offering working executives of the public sector the knowledge and the skills required to assume managerial positions in a rapidly changing changing environment.
Main target group(s)Experienced professionals with at least 5 years of professional experience at executive level and working in or with the public sector.
Main objectivesEnabling the participants to; * understand and master complex organizations * solve problems using sophisticated analytical tools * assume leadership roles in the public, nonprofit, and private sectors
